What can I expect on Wednesday nights?

Every Wednesday night will include a time for dinner and fellowship followed by a time of discipleship and groups. You do not have to be a part of a Wednesday night discipleship group in order to come to dinner!

Dinner takes place in The Gathering Place, our fellowship hall meeting room. As you enter there will be a volunteer prepared to check you off of our reservation list and collect payment for dinner. The cost of dinner is $5 per individual or $15 maximum per family. If you do not have a reservation, you will simply be asked to wait until after everyone has been served before moving through the food line.

Each meal will include a hot meal entrée and dessert. You can check our Dinner and Discipleship page for the upcoming menu or check out your worship guide each week!

Each discipleship group will have their own unique start-time in order to best accommodate their group members’ schedules. You are welcome to stay and eat the entire hour of dinner time or leave early to join your group! If you are worried you will miss your opportunity to eat the meal, please let our team know so we can help you out!

Schedule:
5:30pm-6:30pm Dinner
6/6:15pm-7:30pm Discipleship Groups/Children/Students
6:30pm Worship Team Practice
Choir

What food will be served?

Each week our team will prepare a home-cooked meal in our commercial kitchen. The meals will include an entrée and dessert. If you would like to find out what is on the menu for the upcoming week, please check out our Dinner and Discipleship page, your worship guide on Sunday mornings, or call the main office!

If you have food allergies, please let our team know. We may be able to help find an alternative for you! Please understand that we will not be able to accommodate every request each week.

Do I need to make a reservation for Wednesday night?

Yes. In order to plan accordingly, we ask that you make your dinner reservation by 12pm on Monday afternoon. This allows our team to plan accurately and have plenty of time to prepare for the meals.

You can make your reservations online through our Dinner and Discipleship page, by filling out the tear-off section in the worship guide on Sunday mornings, or by calling the Church Office.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by visiting our Dinner and Discipleship Page! You can also fill out the tear-off portion of the worship guide and drop that in the basket on Sunday mornings.

Everyone is always welcome to call the Church Office at (205)-991-5065.

I missed the reservation deadline...what do I do?

If you forgot to make your reservation or you remembered after the 12pm Monday afternoon deadline, you are still welcome to come! When you arrive for dinner please tell one of our volunteers that you missed the dinner reservation deadline. They will kindly ask that you wait until everyone has been served before moving through the dinner line. This ensures that we have enough food to cover all of our reservations.

We apologize in advance if we do not have enough food at the end of the evening. We will do our best to plan for a few extra plates, but we also want to be good stewards of our resources. Thank you for understanding!
